FAQ'S

Wedding cake orders should be placed at least 6 weeks before the function. All other orders require a minimum of 3 weeks notice before the function.

• Do you require a deposit?

For all confirmed orders, we require a deposit of 70% and balance 2 days before function.

• Do you have a minimum order requirement for Cup Cakes?

We require a minimum of 12 Cup Cakes per order.. All cupcakes are baked in a standard white cupcake case. Should you require a themed case please allow us two weeks notice to source it.

• Do you deliver?

Yes, depending on location. Please email debbie@simplysweet.co.za for Quote on Delivery. Simply Sweet does not recommend clients self-transport cakes over 2 tiers tall, or any cake traveling more than 3 hours. Simply Sweet is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left our premises. Any self-transported cake is at your own risk.
